When I started the game, I saw a Lynel. I didn’t fight it because it looked powerful and I just had three hearts. Now, I have the power to fight it, but I don’t find it anymore. Is there a special time when they appear?
Lynels stay out at all times.
Stalnox on the surface are time-dependent.

No, they are always found in certain areas (unless you have killed them, but they respawn like other enemies). But they are not super common. There are maps you can find online to locate them.
