From Harold Wilion

I usually don’t crop this close, but I thought it better depicted the abject terror going through this Snowie’s mind as it was being chased by a Shorty. I would think a Snowy could kick a Shortie’s ass, but I guess this one is kind of a wimp. You can see some blood on the left wing and it’s extremely noticeable on other photos of this quy, and I wonder if it was caused by a recent skirmish with his nemesis

I really enjoyed this series. I hope the owl is not banged up too bad.

Yay!! Still one of my favorites. You’ve made my day!

“I mean, what do you want, Doug? Do you want me to quit the Hell’s Angels?”

“I don’t care what you do dad! I’m outta heeeeere! Come on, guys!”

“Uh… Doug, I think we’re gonna stay here and hang out with your dad…”

Not your usual flight position of a Snowy, flying forwards but looking backwards in a gorgeous sky. But this awkward position is a result of a Shorty relentlessly giving chase. It was quite an intense minute or so.

    Jump Shot

You can see the blood on the left wing of this Snowy that I referred to in my other post of today very well. I would love to know how that happened and if in fact it was from a Shorty attack.

Why does it look like an scp is about to kill you?

Murder is kinda an owl’s main thing. They don’t mean it personally though.

Another shot of the Snowy trying to evade the Shorty. Unfortunately, I had too much lens to get both birds except for a few shots I wasn’t crazy about.

I really enjoy when they get unconventional angles like the leading image. The story the images alone tell is great, but I wish we had more, I feel there are some crucial missing moments like the owl this one was fighting with.
