Head full of smoke is bad? Wish I could get that from the last two panels but I get none of that. Just looks like he’s waving at his neighbor while thinking about murdering him.

I can’t find a reference online (thanks enshitification!) but “head full of smoke” is a euphemism for being so emotional that you can’t accomplish any tasks
