That depends significantly on which 5 challenges you’re running.

Later boss potions: Dm-300: purity can be useful for his poison gas, haste or invis for the chase sequences

Dwarf king: anything that does aoe. Poison gas, liquid flame, and many exotic potion variants that create large damage zones

For yog I use a very specific alchemy load out, as follows.

1x arcane armor (exotic paralytic potion plus goo) Reduces damage from most of the fists plus any yog lasers you don’t manage to dodge

1x toxic essence (exotic poison potion upgraded again) poison immunity makes the stinkfist easier

2x dragonblood (exotic fire potion upgraded again) fire immunity makes the fire fist a lot easier, and burning grass+immunity to that blaze makes the grass fist much easier

2+ magic sight potion. Makes the light and dark fists easy

Toxic Essence destroys Dwarf King. Shrouding fog is a good combo with it. Stamina is the main one for DM300 to help you run away and get distance.

Potion of cleansing is one of the most important food sources. I never use purity. Always turn it into cleansing. Toxic Essence protects against the gas, just as dragon’s blood protects against fire.

Aqua brews are a major staple of challenge runs. You get a whole bunch of them with a single levitation and some energy.

Magical sight is great to combo with scrolls of dread, scrolls of psionic blast, and scrolls of lullaby. Psionic blast is also great against Yog’s hands. Just make sure they are off the platform.

Stones of flock and stones of shock are great. They combo to recharge your wands (just throw shock at the sheep). Flock is also great for reducing feedback damage from psionic blast.

Lastly I think the most underrated alchemy recipe: recycle. One scroll of transmutation makes 12 of them. Use them to recycle potions and scrolls so you can make more of the above!

        Thank you both!
