Today, a judge granted Public Citizen’s motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) in a lawsuit brought on behalf of Doctors for America against the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). The lawsuit challenges the agencies’ removal from publicly accessible government websites of vital health-related data and other information used by physicians, researchers, and other health professionals.
Mark my words: They won’t put them back up.
They’ve already signaled they’re going to ignore the courts.
Which I mean, like, women get killed all the time while having restraining orders and the courts always just go “whoopsies” anyway.
Almost all “enforcers” in the US are MAGA-pilled. The FBI is very conservative but possibly the least MAGA simply because they’re being outright attacked for doing their jobs. The rest of city and state level police are all pretty MAGA-pilled and I fully expect one of the next steps is to bring all policing under Federal control giving all those local MAGA cops the same tools the FBI was using. The US Marshalls (already Federal) are pretty MAGA-pilled, too. It’s gonna be the Stasi on steroids.

Doesn’t mean they won’t go back down, but I really hope these fuckwits going absolutely batshit rings some bells so damn loud that people finally wake the fuck up and throw their asses in prison.
