Officials in sanctuary cities obviously can’t obstruct a federal investigation or action, but they are under no obligation to help. This has long been accepted by legal experts on the right and the left.

Hell, police officers aren’t even obliged to help you if you need help.

Pretty much the first thing a cop does when they pull you over is demand identification. Fucking crazy that this bitch can just make shit up from the highest legal office in the country.

Only when they’re in power do they actually give a shit about the law.
They never give a shit about the law, only about using every resource at their disposal to benefit themselves and harm anyone who isn’t 100% loyal to them. They don’t know or care what the law says, they just know they can invoke it to claim some sort of moral high ground while abusing their power and engaging in blatant corruption.

Quick poll: how many Americans here have been terrorized by violent criminals, gang members, drug traffickers or human smugglers lately? According to the MAGA leaders it’s a huge problem, so I expect lots of people will have encountered it, right?
A US drivers license increases the risk to the officer over being undocumented, so I guess that checks out.
Statistically, a VA membership card and FOID increases it even more. Should we be forced to show those too for anyone who thinks they look like a domestic terrorist, who are mostly white nationalists?
