I realize the answer isn’t going to be Shrek, but Donkey has quite prominent teeth and there is plenty of parody of Disney, princesses and all.
First thing that comes to my mind is Shrek. Fiona being partly a snow white parody (also the magic mirror and fairy-tale creatures drives the plot) and Donkey with buck teeth.
Since hoodwinked was already said maybe doogal or even chicken little?
