I think the engineering here is really cool. Hopefully someone makes one at least once so I can hear it.

There was a six stroke about a hundred years ago, but it was even more insane — extra two strokes were from a stream engine!

This feels like a patent just for the sake of the patent. Porsche or someone might make one for racing or just for funnsies but it’ll never be commercially viable. Interesting video none the less.
