The guy who was conducting my personal bible study one day paused for a second after reading a bible verse (I can’t remember which one at this point). He talked about how the verse was in harmony with the teachings of another cult called “La Luz Del Mundo”. Then he continued with the study.

The following week, he cancelled our study.

The week after that, he never contacted me again.

If he went to go join that other cult, i guess it’s still better than being in the Watchtower.
