    It’s going to be interesting to see how these appeals go with SCOTUS, seeing as how Congress was democratically handed to Trump and the Democrats are spending more time yelling at their own supporters than trying to block anything Trump is doing.

    The courts, as with the first two years of his first term, are going to be the biggest check on his power grabs.
