Summary

Confusion surrounds the leadership of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a Trump-era entity with increasing federal influence.

Despite Trump’s public claims that Elon Musk leads DOGE, a White House affidavit claims that Musk is only a senior adviser with no formal decision-making power.

A federal judge ruled DOGE is an “agency” despite the administration avoiding the label, raising transparency concerns.

Court proceedings have revealed no clear leader, leaving even federal lawyers uncertain about who truly runs DOGE.

a Trump-era entity with increasing federal influence.

ABC . … on what planet is the agency’s influence “increasing”? They’ve single-handedly upended a hundred years of civil service and poisoned the well for all existing generations in three weeks.

“increasing”? Goddamn ABCNews I knew you sucked, but could you just make the tiniest, littlest effort to help at all? Ever?

Okay, but then what one word adjective, or even 2, would you use? Increasing may be a little bland but it’s acurate. Do you want them to outline everything DOGE has done?

If there is no command structure, how can you verify that the employees are legitimate. Arrest them and see who comes to try and bail em out.

Probably trying to indemnify him from legal responsibility on the off chance that the ridiculously corrupt SCOTUS majority isn’t ready to roll over COMPLETELY yet.

That and because they’re willing to work long hours for no pay or benefits beyond a corner of an office to sleep in.

Oh no worries there. So long as they threaten Roberts with enough, it’ll swing.

    Blatantly unconstitutional?
