Today I wanted something light, I chose Jam Tart by Stereoplasm (notes:Spanish Seville & ginger marmalade, short crust pastry, carmine, crepe paper, drops of belladonna and rose petal rouge). It’s nice juicy oranges and ginger. It has a slightly floral background. Perfect for a hot day.
