I personally really love the ANK MK38 Civilian. It looks brutal, its powerful, and the special tires it comes with just go through mud like there’s nothing there!
The Royal BM17. You get it early and I use it constantly. 'ol reliable.
Where do you find it? I read somewhere that it has an LSD (Limited slip differential), so it doesn’t have a switchable diff lock, but it does have a diff lock in a way, is this correct?
I don’t really have a favorite mostly because I just started the game and haven’t tried them all yet. Right now I’m partial to the western star. After unlocking all the upgrades for it it’s very good and extremely versatile.
If possible, I would suggest selling one of the DLC trucks and buying the ANK MK38. It doesn’t have all the add-ons, but it’s really powerful and quite capable (though a bit tippy…).
