I laughed but yeah as some people have pointed out, spelling out Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion; makes it clear it’s nonsensical at best. At worst in order to actually comply with that you need to get rid of offices and employees whose entire job is helping marginalized people properly qualify for fields. And then there’s all the places they just stick DEI, like the Reagan mid air collision. But guess what? The other pilot was a white guy and he had a better view of the plane.
