    I love this!

    Our version has some white mixed in with the black. I theorize that is Hawking radiation crossing the event horizon.

      So, they pointed the JWST at SGT-A for a cumulative 48 hours (across about 2 years,) and watched stuff fall in.

      They found that the accretion disk (which was mostly gassed trapped from stellar winds of nearby stars,) would occasionally get compressed or something by magnetic fields and do what was basically solar flares.

      I mention this because I think the white streaks are just the accretion disk of your particular black hole, and maybe you should worry about the flares….

      You can keep them down with more treats and belly rubs
