I would wait for the class action where everyone on that flight sues them for 18 quintillion dollars and the company somehow manages to only pay out 12 million which after lawyer fees comes out to 10k a person.

Our entire legal system needs to be gone over with a fine tooth comb to prevent companies from being able to pull shit like this.
