Insinkerator, there’s a platinum one that has 1HP which is awesome but overkill for most. The company makes them all bulletproof
Well shit… Insinkerator is what just dumped all over my kitchen… But based on my searches… I’ve not found better reviews either.
Could be the way it was installed, could be a faulty unit, but i swear by Insinkerator. Of course, there are alternatives if you’re out off by this situation, but I’d still recommend them
The one that broke was already installed when I moved in. Im pretty sure it’s the cheapest one. I’ll get a more premium replacement.

No garbage disposal is the best garbage disposal. Just dump the garbage in the trash or compost. It’s just one more thing to break or make a huge mess as in your case. I wouldn’t install one in my own home honestly.
That said, if you’re dead set on having a disposal, insinkerator is the most popular brand and just about the only thing I’ve installed. They seem like the go to.
