          Just finished reading this, about Germans who lived through Nazi Germany reflecting on the sprung trap. The detailed breakdown about the internal strife of trying to find when and where to get a bunch of people to draw a line together was a challenge then and seems the same now despite communication improvements. It’s instructive to think about IMO

    this is the reason rich men buy newspapers, and it always has been. in today’s interconnected online newsiverse, there’s no reason for fascist enablers like the washington post or the new york times. wordle isn’t worth it.
