    We all knew the deal with this SCOTUS when they unconstitutionally trampled on Colorado’s constitutional right - nay, mandate - to operate elections within their State, a trampling that extended to all other States.

    Gee, I wonder how that precedent will be used in the very near future.

        That’s the one.

        States are constitutionally granted the only power to operate elections, including determination of who is eligible for ballot access.

        Except when 14A S3 is involved, apparently.

    Roberts ordered the plaintiffs to respond in court filings by mid-day Friday.

    The coalition wrote in court filings that, unless the administration pays up, several plaintiffs and their members could be forced to cease operations this week, contending that “time truly is of the essence.”

    Well they got what they wanted. USAID dismantled. Delayed justice isnt good justice, and their strategy is delay, delay, confuse

    Any supreme court is supremely useless if nobody listens to them.
