      This one has some awesome brows, but they’re not cresty enough to equal the Crested!

      Crested is also in the American tropical regions while the fish owls are Asian.

      Good try though! You’re still remembering a lot of great obscure owls!

        The OotY is like Carnivale but with owl species instead of floats. Probably the same ratio of feathers though 😄
