The kneeling outrage wasn’t about disrespecting the anthem or flag or whatever they said. It was because they were black.

The insane thing is that initially the way he protested was that he wasn’t standing up to the anthem and after talking to colleague who also was a vet (Nate Boyer) they came with a compromise to kneel instead.
