🫡 Group 13 - a storm at sea and in the air!
🤝 February 28 marks two years since the creation of the special forces unit of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Group 13 - the results of its combat work helped ensure the security of our state at sea and stunned the world.
✔️ During this short period of time, the fighters of “Group 13” hit 15 ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the aggressor state of Russia, destroying nine of them.
💥 The skill of operators, creative approaches to mission execution, and constant improvement of means of destruction also made it possible, for the first time in the world, to destroy an enemy air target with a strike from a naval drone.
🚁 On December 31, 2024, Group 13 soldiers used missiles from Magura V5 platforms to hit three Russian Mi-8 helicopters - two of them went to the bottom of the Black Sea.
✊ Honor to all the soldiers of Group 13 - thanks to you, Ukraine has strengthened its status as a modern maritime state!

Off topic but I wonder how many of those navy drones Taiwan is looking at developing.
They would make any invasion fleet China sends a new reef on the bottom of the sea.
The larger impact around the globe that Ukraine has done with these drones will be felt for decades. A few converted fishing boats carrying these have the ability to sink ships of the most powerful navies in the world .
