I love the look of things worn down by the waves. This fellas a bit splintery, but I’ve seen some wood chunks that had been sanded as perfectly smooth as a pebble.
Yes! I wish I had gotten a shot of the full piece- this was about three feet in diameter and 20 feet long, it had washed up years ago and was well above the water line, so just decomposing in the sun at this point, not touched by waves in some time.
