Are those normal reminders? I have to use alarms otherwise it doesn’t work.

It’s either that or getting nothing done the entire day because the appointment is looming in the near but not so near future.

I have five alarms every Monday starting at 2pm to make sure I am ready for a class I teach at 6pm. Usually I’m not ready but I’ve made it on time the past 3 weeks in a row. It’s such a huge achievement.
