All of these idiots miss one important part of being sovereign.
You have to be able to project power against your neighbors. Otherwise they just take your shit. Same way all these idiots just get taken to jail.
Sometimes I think they could’ve spent all that time studying actual law and then surprise everyone on their social media with a post that would hold up legally.

What do that do in these cases? I mean, these are misdemeanors, right? Not violent crime, just not following the law. Would they arrest? Impounding the vehicle seems more piggish: they’d find some way to RICO it and sell it after a few months.
You can certainly get arrested for defying a court order. It probably depends on how far it escalates. I imagine a lot of these people eventually realize that they’re not going to get out of paying and give up.
