    Friendly reminder / public service announcement that those apps often store/share data that can be used against you if you live in a state with strict forced birth laws. Be sure to thoroughly read the privacy policy and if in doubt, go back to a paper calendar. Stay safe.

      So true. OP looks like they’re using iOS and I know the stock health app has a period tracker. Probably a safer place for your data, though not perfect.

        Yes I know what the abbreviation is for. I was asking if OP has PCOS, as they would explain the irregular menstruation cycle.

    My body has no consistency, I’ve come to accept it. What is infuriating is how hard it is to get a serious discussion going with an expert to verify if it’s nothing to worry about or something that can be treated… a lot of menstruation related health issues go un-noticed.
