This is good news. France is really stepping up lately.
Expect Freedom Fries back on the menu in the US soon.
When that shit popped off last time there were restaurants putting signs outside saying “We proudly serve freedom fries” where I live in a deep red state. Made it easy to pick who to boycott.
Joke was on them: no one in France call them “french” fries anyway. So no one cared when they were re-labelled in the US.
They were invented in Belgium…
Nor would they have cared even if they were called that. French toast isn’t French, either.
