Summary

Elon Musk’s DOGE used U.S. Marshals to take control of the U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF) after being denied entry the previous day.

USADF’s chair, Ward Brehm, instructed staff to block DOGE and Peter Marocco, a Trump ally, citing legal requirements.

Trump’s executive order seeks to dismantle USADF, but Brehm sued DOGE and Marocco, arguing the move is illegal.

The agency, which funds African grassroots initiatives, is fighting the takeover as Congress questions the administration’s authority to unilaterally dissolve it.

Add the US Marshals to the ever growing list of traitors.

Yeah… I think some Marshalls are probably going to get fired by some angry judges. The Marshalls are the enforcement arm of the federal courts, they really do not have the jurisdiction to do much without court orders.

Wouldn’t be surprised if these weren’t actual Marshalls, but are part of the private security team that musk had deputized.

How is this even possible? Does Musk just gets to do whatever he want without any questions? Why don’t the us. Marshals just deny such insane requests?
