I tried my first siphon coffee. It was so good. All the notes were there. And it has a light body.

    This strikes me as performance art as much as anything. I want one. But, also, I have no room for it. And probably not the patience, either.

      I agree on the timing. It takes longer than usual. Its really nice to watch. Have you tried it yourself?

    I hope to get siphone myself one day. Unfortunately I already spent my yearly coffee equipment budget, so maybe next year.
