I’m looking for a polish or spray that buffs out or removes fine scratches for glass phone screen protectors, not plastic.

Your time and money to waste. There is a process to resurface a scratched screen. It basically removes the top layer. Not sure if the glue on a screen protector will stay in place. Let us know how it goes.
How about for a scratch on the screen itself?
