I didn’t even realize there was a sequel, let alone 3 of them, and I love stuff like this. I have no idea how it snuck under my radar.

Fun fact: the 1977 Jess Franco movie wasn’t an official entry in the series originally, instead being an European film starring Thorne as a similar character named ‘Greta’. When released in North America, the rights were purchased by the official Ilsa rights holders, who redubbed the film to rename the main character Ilsa and incorporate it as an official entry.
