    This headline is incompetent. The question isn’t “could they deliver” — given historic evidence, they almost certainly won’t without cost blowouts, and now with Trump, overt extortion — the question is whether a fascist dictatorship can be trusted to not backdoor the weapons systems they sell, whether we should finance their military industrial complex at all, etc… and the answer to every one is absolutely not.
