This is right before I hit it with the stick blender and made it smooth. Came out very tasty.
Looks good to me, I love it. I always add some cream after the stick blender.
Hmm, I’d add cream directly to the bowl - soup will store better without the cream.
I do too sometimes (when I forget to add cream), but there will be nothing left anyway.
I do store bone broths with left over veg for soups and sauces though.
It looks more like a boiled salad than a soup.
A veggie soup is a boiled salad my man.
Really when you think about it, every food is a salad. Soup is just a wet cooked salad. Therefore every food is soup.
You just hate soups :)
