“No ice cream” is one of the possibilities all right…
I actually spent almost a decade as a refrigeration tech fixing ice cream machines.
Now I never eat from an ice cream truck lol
Don’t most ice cream trucks just have those premade cones, etc?
The ones where I’m from mostly advertise their soft serve, which were the machines I fixed, but yeah they sold hard frozen stuff too.
They really don’t know how to clean their machines though no matter how many times I’ve shown the ones I’ve worked with… :/
I’m trying to imagine an ice cream truck serving soft serve ice cream, and it’s ridiculous.
Mister Softee is the major brand of trucks around here and they do the cones and sundaes and banana splits, plus the wrapped frozen novelties. I wouldn’t order soft serve from them either.
They do it, but the machines are quite large and they have a gigantic generator in the back just to power the thing lol
So yeah, ridiculous indeed
