For those of the D type who on occasion need to pull out the look. You know the one that brings shivers down the spine of the S type who either just said or was about to say some iteration of “make me”.
For those D types who perfected that “look” ™ and who also have kids, work with kids, or have too much experience with unruly youth for whatever reason, how does your “look” ™ differ from the stern look given to the youngin’s?

I’m on the other side of that line but I would say the slight hint of amusement is what makes the difference. Like you are gonna make them and enjoy it.
And missing the exasperation.
