if it is during peak, or post peak of mughal empire, then it is likely early 18th century - somewhere around 1720s (just guessing, but since this). Also, since it has backagmon, my guess is that it is post arrival of BEIC (or potuguese or french), which also suggests that it is post 1700s (they technically came a lot earlier, but to have (probably)fancy gifts made means there has been some time that has passed since there arrival.
