Do you skin yours first or not?

      Not to mention the nutritional benefits. Skins add much needed roughage and essential inks!

    not eating ramen with it’s skin on

    smh OP, the real flavor is when you have the skin for the flavor pack and the skin for the ramen - don’t just rip off that packaging!

    If I get spicy ramen, I definitely keep it skin on. It passes right through me but I get all the nutrition.
