President Donald Trump has pardoned Arthur Hayes, Benjamin Delo and Samuel Reed, the three co-founders of the storied crypto exchange BitMEX, according to a person familiar with the matter. The three co-founders were charged in 2020 with violating the Bank Secrecy Act, pleaded guilty in 2022, and were sentenced to probation. Bloomberg News’ Stephanie Lai has the story.
