There’s a shortage of every medical practitioner in the UK because actions have consequences, and this is something that the British electorate struggle with.
They really shouldn’t be asking the public what they think, because the public are idiots, and for the most part they don’t think.

I don’t think anyone deserves the Tories. You get the government you vote for, which isn’t quite the same thing as getting the government you deserve, and it’s very different from getting the government you need.
Technically no one voted for the current PM, not even the party electorate, combine that with the fact that they’re going complete off-peast regarding manifesto promises (essentially they have completely abandoned them) and effectively they are undemocratic.
The reality is that those who vote the most, get more representation than those who don’t.

There’s a shortage of nurses because nurses aren’t being paid nearly enough to handle the insane workload they’re made to on a daily basis. Banging on pots and pans and clapping doesn’t pay the bills.
