Ottawa police are investigating a suspicious incident that occurred on Saturday, Aug. 5th at approximately 7:12 PM near the Rideau Canal and National Arts Centre.

        I dislike cops as much as the next guy but to be fair, cops asking the general populace for assistance in identifying people has been going on since before my mom was born.

        I read the article and it wasn’t that detailed or helpful. Could be a stolen car and they just don’t know whose driving it.

    You can see the in front seat two men. I wonder if it’s a case of human trafficking of a woman who is trying to escape.
