I always do these mastery events, even if I don’t immediately need them. If I think I may crown a character, I’ll do them. It’s free resin you’re throwing away if you don’t, since by your calcs you’d be giving up the resin worth of 23.52 gold books. That’s the equivalent of 420 resin that’s being roughly thrown away by not doing this. Save your future self resin!
