A filling and satisfying dish, this Avocado and Three Bean Salad is the perfect side to any meal. You need to try it as soon as possible.

This is a pretty simple but solid bean salad. I try to cut everything to roughly the same size. BTW, if you want a smaller portion and you want to use canned beans, you can usually find a three bean mix in one can.

    I love beans. I have a hat I wear that just says BEANS and everyone loves it. I take the opportunity to say I’m vegan lol

      Awesome! Yeah in my household, I feel like I disproportionately push for beans and cabbage, heh. So good, tho!
