Anyone here working on Figma Desktop in Linux? It is the one activity that keeps me from completely shifting to Linux from Windows since it is something I do when I work remotely.

Would something like Bottles help? Or are there even simpler ways that do not involve working from the browser or looking for alternatives?

    Bottles/Wine is a good thing to check. I couldn’t see Figma Desktop in WineHQ’s AppDB so compatibility isn’t known and I’ve long since moved to Penpot.

    Alternatively you could just run it in a VM with GPU passthrough.

    Otherwise, Figma Web could be an alternative although I don’t think Web does everything Desktop can do.

      Thanks! Cool to see a EU alternative and even self-hostable. Are you using PenPot like that?
