      Why sue when you can just remotely disable the car and block it from Tesla chargers?

      Buying a Tesla is crazy. You own none of it.

        Remotely disable at a location known to not be the owner’s house. Tow away from there the next day, after they’ve found a ride home. Put up for sale the next day as a refurb. Elon playing 4d chess lol

    They haven’t actually done it. They say they could do it.

    Regardless, seems like a bit of DRM would be the counter

      Sounds like extracting the attestation keys bypasses any existing DRM.
