While the core rulebook does have rules for randomly determining what’s in a vendit, I like coming up with specialized Vendits in different areas of the city.

For example, some places like Net Cafes have their own vendits. These would contain things like energy drinks, sodas, instant noodles, bags of chips, packs of Elflines cards, and merch with the logo of the cafe on it. One cafe, RGB Cafe, even sells RGB striped thigh high socks which are pretty popular amongst the Netrunners that operate out of it.

Meanwhile, there are multiple vendits set up within a couple blocks of McCartney Stadium that have cheaper merch from the local sports and any large bands that play there. They’re made from lower quality materials than the merch you could buy in the stadium, and can sell out fast close to the night of the event.

In more touristy areas of the city, the vendits sell Night City themed merchandise. A lot of these feature an image of the skyline with the text “City of Dreams.” Everything is pretty tacky, but corpo tourists love them.
