I ask cause I don’t really want to make multiple accounts yet and I’m not sure if I’m just missing the option in the settings or am I just blind.
Edit: i found out that the Lemmy i’m using doesn’t have the option to toggle NSFW in the settings so either the option get added or i create another account for NSFW stuff

Yes, in settings, it’s the first of the check boxes: ✔️"show nsfw"
For me it’s near the bottom of the settings page.
There should be a setting on your accounts page for “Show NSFW” you can turn on and off. Even with that setting I’ve created an account specifically just for NSFW stuff since I prefer having one feed that’s entirely NSFW and one that’s entirely SFW.
I don’t see the option to Show NSFW so I’m not sure if it’s has to do with the lemmy instance I joined or I’m that blind.

It may just be your instance then. You might want to reach out to the instance admin to see if they moved the toggle somewhere or took it out.

Yes, if you go under settings, and scroll down past the biography field and all that jazz, you should reach some checkboxes. One of which should be “Show NSFW content”. If you uncheck, that, you should be set.
