Wanted to chat a little about DDO, but don’t want to get anyone upset!

If we make a discussion post with the name of the event and a [Spoilers] tag, we should be okay. As the community grows we can adjust if needed.

I think it’d be great to get tournament discussions going here! I know a lot of people watch post-produced coverage, so maybe we should put [SPOILERS] in the title of discussion posts so people can avoid them if they want?

Personally, I don’t have a big issue with spoilers.

Just my two cents. No spoilers please. I’m usually a week or so behind on watching coverage and find knowing who wins ahead of time takes away from the experience. I stopped going to r/discgolf a long time ago due to spoilers. Some people just seemed to get off on ruining it for other people. Now if this community decides spoilers are ok, fair enough, I’ll just find another place to talk disc golf.

Same here, but I’m I’m usually just 24-48 hours behind. The “no spoilers in live sports” stance really doesn’t take into account how terrible it is to watch what we currently have, IMO. Also, most people won’t have 4 hours to watch the coverage that isn’t available to everyone, where as the “condensed rounds”, which once again IMO are superior, are much more enjoyable.

I’m pretty firmly in the ‘there are no spoilers for live sports’ camp.
