As the title says, along with ~10% of people I’m a lefty. Is it possible to reverse the layout of my feed?

Got this by using “force RTL layout direction for all locales” in Android developer options:

I sure I’ve seen talk of 'one handed ui’s at some point. Like all the buttons on the right for right handers that can only reach with their thumb, then invert this for lefties.
It just seems like a sensible UI option and I have no idea why I don’t see it around.
