Anything by Jeff Vogel (Spiderweb Software) that a computer I own is capable of playing, so Nethergate: Resurrection, and the Geneforge and Avernum series.
Every so often I’ll pull out Sonic 3 and Knuckles and Mario World. Those games aged incredibly well for me.
