      Yes!! I was infamous for leaving without telling anyone. It was my thing. I hated saying goodbye because people seemed to get so over the top with reviewing the event. “Oh nooooo, really? You have to go? I had such a great time! I’m sad to see you leave. We should see each other more often…” and that can stretch out for 15-20 mins. I really just rather say, “Ok, I’m out. Thanks for having me. See ya.”

      it might be helpful and insightful to go get a thorough assessment by a psychologist that is an expert in autism and ADHD.

          Oof! I heard that wait times for autism assessments and such via the NHS can be years. You might find some helpful advice in this community: https://community.autism.org.uk/

    I love the daily roulette where my brain decides it wants to be too slow to process and start stuttering, or be too fast and start cluttering.

      Are you like me and have tons of lists that you ignore throughout the day until bedtime, then review to convince yourself you’ll start on them first thing in the morning?
